3. Course Enrollment and Attendance

While we are committed to providing quality French language instruction, we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes. Language acquisition varies significantly among individuals and depends on factors including:

- • Time and effort invested in study and practice
- • Attendance consistency and active participation
- • Individual learning goals and motivation levels
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parlonique Language Center shall not be liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use
